Shattered (1991) with Tom Berenger and Greta Scacchi. That one really, really blew me back then, I think my heart froze - I have only ever seen that film once, must see it again.

Fight Club really threw me for a loop..didn't have a clue!  And as mentioned above - The Usual Suspects and Sixth Sense definitely. Oh and I have to mention this one too - in Pirates of the Caribbean...
